The Project
This Emmy award-winning multimedia project spans the work of John Donald Robb, a musician and ethnomusicologist who recorded over 3,000 Hispano folk songs during the 1940s and 1950s. The project includes the production of an online jukebox of Hispano folk music, formerly archived at the University of New Mexico, and a half-hour documentary about John Donald Robb broadcast on various PBS TV stations with American Public Television in 2009.
The Work
I produced and directed the half-hour documentary and designed an interactive online music archive for PBS TV New Mexico. The project was re-purposed for a PBS Media Learning classroom.
